The President called the Tehran-Doha relations friendly and developing and stressed that the Islamic Republic of Iran is determined to have dialogue, understanding and brotherly relations with the countries bordering the Persian Gulf.

"If our tankers in the Caribbean or anywhere in the world face any problems caused by the Americans, they will face problems as well," Dr Rouhani said, referring to the Americans' actions in the Caribbean.
