World’s watching Iran’s fighting coronavirus

Dr Hassan Rouhani also instructed the Supreme Council of the Stock Exchange on Wednesday to prepare the necessary rules and regulations in this regard as soon as possible.

The President also congratulated the Iranian people on the Persian Gulf Day and said, "I congratulate this day to the people, from whom the name of this gulf comes from, and will remain Persian Gulf forever. Let the enemies know that the Army, the IRGC and all Iranian law enforcement and military forces have been –and will be- the guardians of this waterway”.

Dr Rouhani said, "The Americans should know that the name of this gulf is "Persian Gulf" and not the Gulf of New York and Washington, and this nation has been –and is- the guardian of the security of this waterway for thousands of years and they should not conspire against this nation every day”.

Dr Rouhani said, "White zone does not mean the people should not observer health protocols, but rather these protocols must be observed in the three red, yellow and white areas with a high level of sensitivity".

The President also thanked all the workers, farmers and producers of the country and said, "We should appreciate all the workers, farmers and producers of the country because today it is very difficult and sometimes impossible to provide some food and medicine all around the world, even with money and facilities".

We are approaching Labour Day and I have to thank all our labourers. In the past years, especially in this year, which was a hard day for all people, these dear labourers have been active in their workshops with full power to meet the country’s needs.

The fact that we see people’s needs for agricultural products, feedstuff and health products are fully met, it is because of our labourers’ hard work.

Protecting people's health and meeting the needs of society have been our priority. Of course, all of these together make complications but I would like to tell our dear people that because of the unclear future of the virus, we have to prepare ourselves for work.

No one can predict when the coronavirus epidemic will end, and therefore, we must prepare ourselves fully and accurately for health, work, science, and research and promote hope in the society

We still tell you to stay at home and just leave the house carefully and intelligently just for the necessary activities and work.

Today, we have divided the country to white, yellow and red zones. White zone does not mean the people should not observer health protocols, but rather these protocols must be observed in the three red, yellow and white areas with a high level of sensitivity.

If we couldn't produce ventilators today and buy them and assume we had money and our banking relations weren't a problem, it wasn't clear how many countries in the world would sell us this ventilators. If today we could not provide masks, gowns and all the necessary equipment for dear nurses and doctors, it was not clear that we could easily import the masks needed by doctors and nurses.

These days, when have phone calls with many countries, almost all of them pay attention to a few things. All of them were monitoring Iran, saying that we were talking about the statistics and the process of your work, and everyone was thankful that Iran had done a very coherent and strong job in fighting the virus.

Therefore, the world is watching how Iran is fighting coronavirus. This victory in this period is the victory of the entire Iranian nation

This means that a good economic activity is happening in Iran. People's trust in the capital market, the growth of savings in banks and the active presence of people in the stock market, show the presence of people and their hope for a better future.

We should appreciate all the workers, farmers and producers of the country because today it is very difficult and sometimes impossible to provide some food and medicine all around the world, even with money and facilities.

This is an important day, which is the day of Persian Gulf, which is a very important historical waterway for our country. Of course, all waterways are important for the country, but Persian Gulf and Oman Sea are specially important because of having access to the global waterways.

The Americans should know that the name of this gulf is "Persian Gulf" and not the Gulf of New York and Washington, and this nation has been –and is- the guardian of the security of this waterway for thousands of years and they should not conspire against this nation every day.

I congratulate this day to the people, from whom the name of this gulf comes from, and will remain Persian Gulf forever. Let the enemies know that the Army, the IRGC and all Iranian law enforcement and military forces have been –and will be- the guardians of this waterway.

The other point I want to make is thanking the Supreme Leader for agreeing with the release of Justice Shares.

In these difficult circumstances, we can take action to update people's assets and make people's property transparent and return the authority to the owners, which will be valuable and great.

Here, I want the Supreme Council of the Stock Exchange to, as the Supreme Leader said, prepare the necessary rules and regulations in this regard as soon as possible.

My last point is that precaution must be accompanied with hope in future. Let’s observe the protocols and take the necessary precautions and be hopeful of future.

With the help of people, authorities, doctors and scientists, and God’s attention in this Ramadan month, we will overcome these hard days.
